Refund Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.
The fulfillment of an order is confirmed within 3 business days. A refund is issued if it's impossible to fulfill the order. ( due to reasons like limited stock)
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: If the product seal has been broken or the product has been tested/used, we cannot accept a return for hygiene reasons.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging the delivery of the item back to our location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery (while the dispatch rider is still present, if possible). Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged items, please provide a clear photo or video of the product as received.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened Skincare: Any product where the safety seal is broken.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance are final and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Mobile Money or Bank Card) within 5–7 business days.
Please note that for Mobile Money (MoMo) refunds, the standard network processing time may apply. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your funds, please contact us at theluxshopper1@gmail.com.
